Reviewer anonymity protects professional privacy and reinforces that this service is independent. Reviewers do not represent their hospitals, universities, residency programs, dental schools, employers, or admissions committees.
How do you verify reviewer qualifications?
Reviewer credentials are verified internally before reviewers are assigned. Public profiles stay anonymized and list only general reviewer categories and qualifications.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
The 48-hour clock starts after successful payment and complete document submission. If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or incorrect, the clock starts once the correct materials are received.
What happens if my review is late?
If the first completed review is not returned within 48 hours after the clock starts, you receive either a full refund or the review at no cost.
Are you affiliated with any schools or programs?
No. This service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any university, hospital, residency program, medical school, dental school, employer, or admissions committee.
Do you guarantee admission?
No. We do not guarantee admission, interviews, scholarships, rankings, or outcomes. The service provides honest document feedback and application mentoring support.
How do unlimited revisions work?
Unlimited revisions apply to the same submitted document after the first review. They are meant for follow-up refinement, not for replacing the original order with a different document or application.
Is my document confidential?
Yes. Applicant documents are handled privately and shared only with the review team members needed to complete the service. We do not publish applicant materials or use them as testimonials without written permission.
